Introductions
Ceramic magnets are composed of strontium carbonate and iron oxide. They are most commonly employed in electronic industry, IT industry, automobile industry, etc. They are also called ferrite magnets, which are featured by rigidity and brittleness. In terms of magnetic properties, these ferrites are often classified into soft or hard ones. The soft kind has a low coercivity, while the hard kind has a high coercivity. Charcoal-gray ceramic magnets usually appear in various shapes, such as discs, rings, blocks, cylinders and arches. Besides, we can customize magnets into shapes needed by customers. Ferroceramic magnet is featured by good temperature resistance, low production cost, large permeability and good magnetic performance. Besides, it is easy to achieve magnetic saturation.

Applications of Ceramic Magnets
Ferromagnets are widely used in automobile motors, such as wipers, start-up heaters, fuel pumps, and so on. They are also utilized in production of devices like speakers, reed switches and so on.

Production Procedures of Ferrite Magnets
1. Materials Preparing for Ceramic Magnets
2. Pre-Heating
3. Smashing
4. Ball-Milling
5. Making Powder
6. Pressing
7. Sintering
8. Machining Ceramic Magnets
9. Checking Magnetism
10. Packaging Ferrites

Maintenances of Ferrite Magnets
To avoid rusting or reducing magnetic performance, DO NOT place ceramic magnets in following environments
1. Acid or Alkali Liquor
2. Organic Solvent
3. Electrolyte
4. Water or Oil
5. Hydrogen
6. Active Gas like Chlorine, Ammonia and Oxynitride
7. Radiation or Radioactive Rays

Our ceramic magnets have passed various certifications, such as ISO9001-2008, ISO14001-2004 and GB/T28001-2007. Besides, our permanent ferrite magnets and rare earth magnets are produced under stipulations of ROHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances). By virtue of advanced techniques and abundant production experience, we will continue to offer quality and low-cost ferrites and other magnet products to customers.
