Introduction
We can manufacture motor neodymium magnets which are in various shapes, such as disc, cylinder, ring, square, arch, etc. Besides, custom magnets, including NdFeB magnets used in motors, are provided according to customers’ requirements. Our motor NdFeB magnets are mainly sintered NIB magnets. They are always coated with protective claddings like zinc, nickel-copper-nickel, black nickel, gold, chromium, etc.

Manufacturing Process
Motor neodymium magnets are made from neodymium, iron, boron and a few transition metals.
In manufacturing process, firstly, NdFeB powder is compacted into a desirable shape. Then, sinter and fuse the compacted powder into a solid item. At last, conduct finish machining on motor magnets to make them meet specific tolerance. During process above, there are two ways to press the powder: die pressing and isostatic pressing.

Machining & Tolerance
Generally, motor neodymium magnets must be machined with diamond-grinding techniques. Sometimes, machining operations may be performed on NdFeB magnets used in motor, but surface finishes for the NdFeB magnet are not good enough. Standard tolerances for NdFeB magnets are +/- 0.1 mm, but stricter tolerances are required in specific applications.

Notes
1. Keep motor neodymium magnets away from people who are using cardiac pacemakers or other medical devices, because magnets may cause malfunction of medical devices, threatening life of these people.
2. Clean out magnets during installation, because magnetic chippings may arise when two magnets crash to each other.
3. Keep NdFeB magnets used in motors away from magnetic recording media and other devices which are sensitive to magnetism, such as magnetic card, hard disk drive, watch, etc.
4. Take care when using motor neodymium magnets which are of strong magnetism, no matter they are sintered NdFeB magnets or bonded NIB magnets, because they can cause damage to machineries or hurt people.
5. If two motor magnets are tightly attached to each other, do not pull them directly apart, instead, you just need quite a bit of force which is equal to the magnetism to push them apart.
6. Keep motor neodymium magnets away from children to prevent being swallowed and causing asphyxia.

Delivery
NdFeB magnets used in motors are delivered by sea or by air.

Since foundation in 1990, we have accumulated large amount of experience on technology and production. Besides, we bring in more special equipments and manufacturing techniques. In recent years, our production targets are mainly permanent ferrite magnets and rare earth magnets, including motor neodymium magnets. Our products are popularly sold in many countries and areas, including America, Japan, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, etc.
